Evonnda L. Fulton

Ms. Evonnda L. Fulton is a native of Rock Island, IL however has called Lake County, IL home for the last 15 years. While working with High School students and college students for many years, she has seen how the supports and resources decreased each year as students got closer to the age of 18 and almost non-existent after the age of 18.  Seeing students reach out for support (jobs, college enrollment, emotional, mental and financial support) after they left high school was eye opening experience for her.  She knew she couldn't continue to do this alone so she created this foundation in order to help students that are on their way to adulthood especially the ones aging out of foster care or a ward of the State of Illinois.
