Who We Serve

All Lake County Area Families are eligible at this time.

We will service families who have high school aged children 14-17 (some 18 year olds if they don’t graduate prior to their 18th birthday)

We will service young adults from the ages 18-29

Upon receiving financial assistance clients will be referred to a College/Job Development Specialist, College Enrollment Specialist and/or a SEL/Trauma Specialist on or off site (if applicable) and will need to show proof of meeting in order to receive assistance again.

Clients will fill out a form online or in house to determine their financial needs for one of the following:

To enroll a college course/trade school or get certified into a trade

To receive assistance with rent or hotel room

To purchase clothes for work or interview

To purchase food

To help with childcare, children items such as diapers, clothes, books, activity costs, etc

To pay for transportation for the bus, train, Uber

To receive assistance for emergency purchases flight home due to immediate family/close friend passing, funeral assistance, medications, personal care items, etc

To gain exposure to various cultures events

Other financial assistance will be considered on a case by case basis
